India's Supreme Court issues notice on Mangalore crash compensation

Today Supreme Court of india has given the notice to the air India Express to pay the compensation to the families of victims but yet now has been delayed by the air India Express to initiate the payment al hamriyah park dubai

A division bench of Kerala High Court on August 25, 2011 set aside the verdict of a single-judge bench of the same court, asking Air India to pay over Dh500,000 to families of each of the victims. For this case Air India has appointed a commission "Nanavati for negotaiting with families of victimes, relatives and for deliverign them compensations but the families are bent on asking the Dh500,000 according to the montreal convention.
